@evacide Back when planes didn't regularly have free Internet, I would delude myself by saying "Since there's no Internet on the plane, I'll get my coding done on the plane" only to realize once on the plane that I am rather useless without documentation.

@pandaninjas True. A couple of decades ago, my parents built a house in the mountains. The first holiday we spent there, we didn’t have internet (or a kitchen, even, my dad and I built it over the first few days.)

At the time, I was writing an invoicing program for my dad in Objective-C. It was interesting to do so without internet (but possible, Xcode docs were local. The approach is just different.)
