nepiI might do a full sound treatment of my car myself. It’s kind of shocking how much of the civic interior just clips together. Seems pretty easy to remove everything to get access to the bare floor and doors.
Shouldn’t be more than a few hundred bucks in materials, and if it makes it tolerable on road trips I suppose it’s worth it. Less annoying than buying a different car, anyway..
Ordered the stuff. Got 2mm butyl and 4mm closed cell foam, enough for the whole car according to a guy on the civicX forums. Idk if I’ll actually apply the closed cell foam over the whole interior. Maybe just over the wheel wells and in the doors (assuming it doesn’t interfere with the windows)
