coming out of my burnout hibernation and publishing the blogpost on the small STM32G431 tv transmitter thing.

ok, now back to being curled up on the sofa.

@slyka this is still such a cool project, and if the prices of the nucleo boards ever return to normal, i will be all over building one for myself
@slyka oh! Digikey has them back in stock now!
@MLE_online heck yeah! It'll still take till the end of the month for my PCBs get here because everyone in china is on vacation, but once they are I can also send some of those your way, customs permitting…

@MLE_online @slyka
I wonder if the firmware would also run on STM32G431CBU6 instead of STM32G431KB?
As these STM32G431CBU6 boards seem to be decently common on aliexpress.

Not that the ali board is more than half to 2/3 the price of the official NUCLEO-G431KB board.

@ftg @MLE_online possibly, as long as the pinout is similar enough. Though modifying the code to work on a different board also isn't too hard.
@slyka
The design of the TV is sooooo cool!
SABA 🤔 an old german Brand.
@hacktor yeah, it's very cute!
@slyka Thanks for the snack!
@slyka I definitely need to try this with a WeAct Studio STM32G431 board I have laying around. I think it cost about 20% of the Nucleo one.
@edgetriggered the ST one is only like $10. But as long as they bring out the pins in a similar way it should work fine.

@slyka that use of the trimmable oscillator is inspired, nice one!!

thank you for sharing this delight, please look after yourself <3

@slyka this is fantastic, the combination of elegance and hacky reuse of unexpected MCU features is amazing.
