I absolutely, friggin' love it when you're going to help documentation (GoDaddy, I'm looking at you), and they didn't update the help document when they redesigned the site. So the admin function you want, isn't on the screen they tell you it's on.....

And then the AI bot asks you what screen you're on. So you attach an image and upload it, and the bot says "I don't see any screenshot", despite it being in the chat. So then you answer it's question about what you're seeing on the screen. And you stump it again. So then you wait for 5 minutes for what, hopefully, will be a human chat. We'll see.

Added bonus, the first thing the possible human asks you for is your account number, which is should have from the session.

@SteveZ I think I can help you with your #godaddy issue. I suggest asking Claude. He/it just gave me excellent, detailed instructions that allowed me to do something I have been trying to do for a long time. I am now getting his/its help with something else, but am now stuck because #godaddy sent a verification that did not arrive, has a phone number you can only call from a landline, and a chat service that is theoretically 24/7, but with a button that greys out when you click it!!
