I feel like this is all I need to say about Jellyfin, right here.

I concede that the average Jellyfin installer would likely know what AMD64 and ARM64 are, and would likely be able to tell the difference without further research.

But you should care enough to refer to this as “Intel” and “Apple Silicon”.

Furthermore, “Repository” is not the right term for _humans_ here.

All that said, I’m dipping my toe in, begrudgingly.

@caseyliss hard agree. I ended up switching from Plex to Jellyfin begrudgingly as was seeing too many suggestions that weren't my content in the UI. Ended up using Infuse (https://firecore.com/infuse) as a frontend and pretty happy with it.

This is exactly what I did too when Plex drove me away.

Definitely a lot of rough edges on Jellyfin but ultimately I’m glad I moved. On the good side Jellyfin let me do some metadata fixes that Plex always fought me on.
