Yes I know that eur-lex itself is hosted in AWS, but every additional AWS service is a further intrusion and this is explicitly a fingerprinting service. Checking whether the privacy policy https://commission.europa.eu/privacy-policy-websites-managed-european-commission_en adequately informs the visitor of this transfer of personal data towards the USA is left as an exercise to the reader.

I also dislike the commission's decision to use that.
