IN my opinion yes. HOWEVER, I don't think that is a universally held opinion.

I used to track the commercialization of space exploration, as an issue of some concern. I've tracked it LESS so in recent years, but unless something has changed recently; there is a worrying lack of law, preventing random capitalist actors from doing land grabs out on the moon or other planetary bodies.

AND there are schools of thought in (that I disagree with) that think this is how it should be.
