I was on the floor above the parking of this building on the terrace when it started shaking.
Started slow, locked in eyes with another gringo as we both realized what was happening.
Then it started shaking more which was our signal to run down the stairs very quickly as we had no idea how solid it was being on there.
Then we got the national alert on our phone
Epicentre was about 70km away

Fuzzyspoon@EdwinG I think it’s the drain pipe that makes it look a little crooked. The drainpipe on the left of the concrete looks a bit crooked when you zoom in. Zoomed out it looks like the building.
