TRUMP: [does clearly racist thing]

MAGA: That's not what he meant

TRUMP: I definitely did

MAGA: Oh. Well then Libs are taking it out of context

TRUMP: No they're not

MAGA: Oh, well then it's actually not racist at all

TRUMP: It actually is

MAGA: Oh, well yeah F*ck your feelings Libs!

Americans: Wow ya'll are just deplorable

MAGA: WHY DO YOU KEEP DEGRADING THE POLITICAL RHETORIC?? WHAT HAPPENED TO CIVILITY? JUST FOR THAT WE HAVE TO EMBRACE NAZISM BECAUSE YOU MADE US. YOU DID THIS!

@QasimRashid

Unfortunately, this is pretty much correct.

@QasimRashid

It looks like MAGA has embraced pedoism as an added benefit.

@QasimRashid

Well, it's the KKK that just crawled back from the gutter and Trump is their enabler... fascist racist white supremacy fantasies...

@QasimRashid Not to be a complete asshole, but more people voted for Trump than Kamala. And both the Senate and House (at least for now) are controlled by MAGAts. So in a strict sense, MAGAts, while deplorable and not having a functional moral compass, are the Americans you reference above, and would never use the word deplorable (or likely even know what it means).

I sometimes wonder how we as a nation got here, then I talk with my neighbors and know. Yes, even in Southern California.

@QasimRashid @clankgy1

More people voted for neither. The average American does not want to think about politics and just wants to live their life which is a problem when a sizeable minority wants to ruin it all for everyone and they don't actually mobilize to tell them to fuck off.

@gbargoud @QasimRashid @clankgy1 education is key. An uneducated populace doesn’t bother to vote.

@peterbrown @gbargoud @QasimRashid I think the entire MAGAt movement proves that the uneducated do vote when properly manipulated. Primal fear and ignorance are a powerful combination.

Education reduces both the fear and ignorance, which in my mind is the step in the right direction.

@peterbrown @QasimRashid @clankgy1

The bigger one is that people don't vote if they think voting won't help them.

There's a lot of manipulation out there to discourage people from turning out to vote with arguments against incremental improvements so that when they don't see immediate massive improvements they don't bother to try again next time.

@QasimRashid somewhere in between
WH: Somebody else did it.
