Q: I’m wondering how NeoFinder saves metadata to JPEGs, as JPEGs are lossy so continually re-saving the JPEG would recompress the files and lose detail.
A: No worries, NeoFinder will not touch the actual pixels of JPG files, the metadata is stored in the separate EXIF, IPTC, and XMP sections of the files, no pixels harmed. :-)
