@Andy I'm not a big condiments girl! but i suppose mayo is always needed, but maybe with herbs (green mayo)
some barbecue and if I'm filling spicy, a drop or two of hot sauce mixed in with the barbecue

@agatha yeah, regrettably those jalapenos in the background didn't have any spice at all. Excellent choice
