I'm slowly helping my kids acquire a taste for mushrooms. It helps too pack them with flavor and finish them in red wine

@Andy I'm not a big condiments girl! but i suppose mayo is always needed, but maybe with herbs (green mayo)
some barbecue and if I'm filling spicy, a drop or two of hot sauce mixed in with the barbecue
