@universalhub this is also the location of the big Maverick Sq. clock debate. There was a Victorian clock on the property that the old/new owners did not want to maintain. The city & myself were trying to find the records in order to prove that’s the original location of the clock & that it should not be moved. It’s been in limbo since. There were rumors with the old building/owners that the 2 floor retail space might be a Trader Joe’s. Now with 1 floor, that looks doubtful.
