We all know it's Calvinball over at #SCOTUS based on which parties scare the cowardly fascist majority more. We all knew it was possible they'd allow the #Texas #gerrymander but not the #California one because reasons (the originalist case for fascism).

Clearly they are getting more scared of the people than they are of their billionaire paymasters. California can go ahead with their gerrymander.
