How is #Rogers support so bad?
My data keeps dropping so I tried calling.

Attempts:
1: queue full
2: on hold for 2 hrs, agent immediately hang up
3: on hold for 2 hrs, agent says replace SIM
(replace SIM at store)
4: queue full
5: agent says to do things I already tried, hangs up

Result: consider switching providers, but they're all bad in this area =(
