@Geoffberner I'm not aware of Harper having any relationship with the Atlas Institute. Do you mean the International Democracy Union?

Conservatives are angry at Canada pivoting away from the US and some like Jivani are furious, so Harper inveighing "against forces that threaten our independence and against domestic policies that threaten our unity" is interesting, yes.
