The chain of command is clear, hence the accountability is, as well.

This is not a "rogue army", it is an army that is committing war crimes, as instructed.

There is a reason why there is a #genocide trial against #Israel at the #ICJ; and #ICC arrest warrants against suspected war criminals #Netanyahu and #Gallant.
