One project for the new laptop will be a toggleable CRT/VHS shader... which is hard to find good information about (atleast for Arch/Endeavour)? I thought this had become popular by now?

There are some kinda cursed attempts like this (not going to double run this and OBS and we would need to do the Wayland workaround, since KDE Plasma is going to stop supporting X11):

We found some people saying years ago that it can be done with kwin, but didnt leave any instructions on how, so would need to look into that:

Also still looking for other options, that dont end with us having to rewrite files for eternity, whenever we want to adjust a hotkey or something...
