@alice What part of Tidewater? Are they new to the area?
I'm in Norfolk. I don't have much time/spoons to hang out between work and dad stuff, but I could talk, be supportive, maybe point them to some safe places in the area.

I’m too far away for physical visits, but I have lots of time for calls and zoom. And, if they can get to the Annapolis area they could come for some r and r; good food with guest pampering in a very safe space.
