The situation in the energy system is complex, and power engineers are using emergency shutdown schedules. At critical sites, the deployment of additional generators has already begun, the energy minister reported.
The enemy has damaged generation facilities and main and distribution networks in #Kyiv, #Kharkiv, #Dnipropetrovsk, #Donetsk, #Odesa, #Vinnytsia and other regions.
According to the operator of the #Darnitsa_Thermal_Power_Station, the scale of the destruction requires a phased approach and a thorough diagnosis of the equipment before the heat supply system can return to full operation.
#Denys_Shmygal said that:
🔹he instructed to analyze all possible public, private and state-owned facilities in areas where people who have lost heat in their homes could temporarily stay;
🔹repair crews and equipment are being redistributed, and tomorrow, the forces of #Ukrtransgas will be involved in the restoration of heat mains.
🔹options for connecting backup heat supply for houses that have ended up in a zone of prolonged disconnection are being worked out.
