My HbA1c levels (blood sugars) were over 100 mmol at the time... Had a 3 month HbA1c test yesterday & it's now sitting at 48 mmol 🙌 Just need to get it down some more, probably to around 42 to 45 mmol, preferably without the mounjaro for the next few months...
