Terrifically sad, but a testament to the power of connection through shared interests.

Some years ago my ‘honorary aunt’ died of dementia. Honorary as she was had trained as a nurse with Mum and was a long standing member of the family, moving closer to my OAPa when she retired. I saw her at least once a week (as did my siblings) and for her, shared music was the key. This resonated with me, 8 years after her death.
