Tom MarbleThe idea of all these AIR advantages is nice, but the open source ethos involves developing in the open. Having invitation codes is a bad smell.
@tmarble @airmessenger You are right to point that out, but the invite codes are just for the main instance.
We are developing in the open here: https://github.com/phnx-im/air and anyone is welcome to run their own clients/servers. We just wanted to scale thing slowly four our instance.
