they also completely fucking suck at moving code between files. you say "move this code" and it introduces random bugs while doing so, AND THEN TELLS YOU IT DID THE RIGHT THING. this has caused us countless problems at work because the slopsuckers pull this constantly

like, we can't feasibly review every line of slop, it is a DDoS attack on human reasoning, and everyone else sees "oh the tests passed" and clicks ship. augh.

@atax1a being QA in particular I used to believe that it was vital I review every code review to understand what has recently changed and to make sure things are done in good sustainable ways

I eventually just gave up because I would be deep into doing my review and someone would just wander in and rubber stamp it

I've had this happen. I'm reviewing in detail, leaving detailed comments, and when I hit submit I see that somebody else approved and it's already been merged.
