@jcrabapple It somehow got even more depressing. I read the news at our national broadcasting company's app, check the user comments and it's nothing but bots with just a bit off-native grammar telling that maybe putin, trump or whatever dirtbag it is has a point or some laughable 'we need to listen to both sides' take when one side is shooting at the other without provocation.

@jcrabapple Although there's nothing you can do about it, it's worth noting that this is what you're supposed to feel and what you are supposed to be doing. This is being done to you on purpose for a multitude of reasons, that include simple greed but the most impactful to you is: to illicit a trauma response. You are being beat down.

I feel it's worth noting anyway. So I do any time I recognize the feeling. The more I remember, the less I forget.
