Question!

The ACLU used to have a Mobile Justice App that would automatically save your video to a secure server (in case your phone got taken or smashed or whatnot), not sharing it elsewhere (so, not accidentally infringing anyone's privacy by releasing video without blurring faces, e.g.) .

They apparently discontinued this.

I'm curious as to why they stopped offering that, but more practically, wondering if there are other comparable things that you'd recommend. thx.

Thanks. Looks like that is not yet available in the US. Also, not clear if the AI decision to contact 'emergency services' can be disabled (since, depending how it's defined, 'emergency services' here might include the source of the danger/emergency).

@anarchademic Too bad it isn't available here. I interpreted the emergency contact as either official emergency services or your personal emergency contacts.
