For a “law and order” party, the Republicans sure accept a lot of unlawful killings.
They are the "law and order" party only in the sense that they destroy the law and order the killings...
Or, perhaps that they ARE the law. And building a new kleptocratic world order around themselves.

So far the fascists are doing a pretty bad job about building a new world order. They are succeeding in uniting the EU which is unheard of in modern times. And against an old and close ally no less.

I'm still waiting to see what this European "unity" actually does.
Sure, a few dozen troops joined the Danes in Greenland.
But several eastern European nations have elected Putin-aligned rightwing governments. And the UK seems determined to avoid picking a side.
IMO, a schism in Europe is still quite possible.
