I really need something to do at the gym during my 2 minutes long rests besides singing and dancing because today I’m not alone here
@RosaCtrl I just alternate with another exercise targeting different muscle group (i.e upper body and lower body) instead of taking rests.
@tabdulradi how do you keep track of how much have your muscles rested?

@tabdulradi I guess supersets work well and are safe for hypertrophy but I won’t risk it πŸ˜…
