A one-day conference titled "Skills and Professions" concluded under the auspices of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority.

A one-day conference, held under the title "Skills and Professions" and organized by the Planning and Strategic Coordination Directorate of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority, concluded successfully.
The conference included speeches by the Director of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority (Haji Molvi Ghulam Haider Shahamat), alongside the esteemed Minister of Higher Education (Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadim), as well as other officials of the Islamic Emirate. Representatives of various institutions, international organizations, and partner organizations also participated in the event.
At the beginning of the conference, the esteemed Director of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority delivered a speech, stating that technical and vocational training are fundamental for employment, entrepreneurship, and economic self-sufficiency.
He further stated that the authority is focused on establishing a market-oriented system, based on improving the quality of education and aligning it with national and international standards.
Esteemed Molvi Shahamat also stated that efforts have been made in recent years to ensure that technical and vocational training programs are more aligned with the actual needs of the labor market.
He emphasized that skills should be accessible to all members of society so that everyone can acquire skills and manage their lives effectively.
Mr. Shahamat also said that strengthening technical and vocational education is a shared responsibility, with the Islamic Emirate, international foundations, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector all playing a vital role.
Highlighting the value of technical and vocational education, he requested international partners, representatives of diplomatic missions, and the United Nations Organization to continue and expand their assistance for strengthening technical and vocational education in Afghanistan, calling investment in skills and professions one of the most effective and sustainable investments in Afghanistan's current circumstances.
In the same vein, Molvi Shahamat called on the private sector to actively participate as a key partner in identifying skills needs, providing internships, on-the-job training, and absorbing graduates of technical and vocational centers.
Concluding his speech, the Director of the Technical and Vocational Education Authority said: "If we invest in skills and professions today, not only will we create employment opportunities for the youth, but we will also guarantee dignity for society and a bright future for the country, God willing."
The esteemed Minister of Higher Education also delivered a speech, calling technical and vocational education very important for progress and economic self-sufficiency.
Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadim added: "The Ministry of Higher Education cooperates with the Technical and Vocational Education Authority in all areas."
Other speakers also emphasized strengthening the country’s technical and vocational education at the event, stating that this type of education contributes to the development of the labor market and helps reduce poverty.
The conference concluded with the signing of eight memoranda of understanding between the Technical and Vocational Education Authority and various government and private institutions in the country.

پهٔ غهٔ کنفرانس کې د تخنیکي او مسلکي زده کړو ادارې رئیس (الحاج مولوي غلام حیدر شهامت) د لوړو زده کړو محترم وزیر (شیخ ندا محمد ندیم) ترڅنګ د اسلامي امارت یو شمېر نورو مسئولینو ویناوې وکړې، همدارنګه د بېلابېلو بنسټونو، نړیوالو سازمانونو او همکارو مؤسسو استازو هم پهٔ یاده مجلس کې کې ګډون درلود.
د کنفرانس پهٔ پیل کې د تخنیکي او مسلکي زده کړو ادارې محترم رئیس وینا وکړه او ویې ویل چې تخنیکي او مسلکي زده کړې د کارموندنې، تشبث او اقتصادي ځان بسیاینې لپاره بنسټیزې زده کړې دي.
نوموړي زیاته کړه: اداره د همدغهٔ واقعیت پهٔ درک کولو سره خپل مأموریت د بازارمحوره سیستم پر رامنځته کولو متمرکز کړی دی او داسې سیستم چې د زده کړو د کیفیت لوړولو، له کورنیو او نړیوالو معیارونو سره د برابرۍ پر بنسټ ولاړ وي.
محترم مولوي شهامت همدارنګه وویل چې پهٔ وروستیو کلونو کې هڅې شوې دي، څو د تخنیکي او مسلکي زده کړو پروګرامونه د کار بازار له واقعي اړتیاوو سره لا ډېر همغږي شي.
نوموړي ټینګار وکړ چې مهارت باید د ټولنې د هر وګړي لپاره د لاسرسي وړ وي، څو هر څوک وکولای شي مهارت زده کړي او د
