@stefano yeah, this is true: change users mindset is very difficult.I have here an old friend that can choose between open source alternatives and Microsoft 365 in a government department and he choose the devil, because is more easy for him; I am trying to revert...
@Invictvs they are often convinced it is easier, but it usually isn’t. At least in the long run
