I've used Slackware, RedHat/Fedora, Arch, Ubuntu/Kubuntu, Debian, Kali and others. I had fun. What stuck with me was KDE Desktop & Snapper Rollback. Never really vibed to Gnome. I've been OpenSuse since 2020, but it's not for everyone. I recommend Linux Mint if you're fresh into Linux from Windows. Linux isn't really that hard to learn, but you won't know what's important until you try a few.

@TeqFu @rvaughnmd @nixCraft I am happily using my KDE Plasma edition Fedora 43 right now. It is much more stable than the POP!_OS. And feels smooth. Linux really makes your hardware serve you instead of bloatware and ad companies.
