i tend to avoid links that go to youtube (don’t like the ads) and rarely listen to podcasts or talking (i can hear, but struggle to focus on spoken words)

when someone shares a music video, i usually try to find it on my subscription service (apple music), where i can download it for listening to when i’m not alone or in the mood
