Just your average human existing somewhere out there in the universe. My interests are technology, sound designing, music, games, and probably more. Unashamedly aroace. Posting whatever nonsense comes to mind on this page right here since 2022! I also like meeting new people, so feel free to reach out any time, I'll try to be nice! :) Oh, forgot something. I'm blind, too.

I love how Brits call parking lots "car parks" it makes it sound so fun and playful for the cars. Like there is this little oasis with roads and fun little activities for vehicles.

Parking lot is more honest, thought "urban space use failure" would be even better. (at least in dense cities)

Some of the local buses have RIP on their displays in honour of a driver who passed away, which is a lovely gesture and everything, but imagine getting run over by an RIP bus 💀
There's a bug with voiceover that attaches a broken image description to random objects that are scrolled over when navigating. In my case, I've just hit that bug, and now everything on my phone apparently has an image description of something like "Mriumm". I'm oddly amused.
Might write up a blog post on this, but it seems like VoiceOver processes text somewhat differently if you're not using the primary voice on 18, or the default language on 17 and below. For example, I encountered some of those texts with the weird characters, where VoiceOver switches to a Vocalizer voice even if using like Alex, and this seemed to prevent that when I use the other voice/language, not primary/default.
When it's boiling, never remember what cold feels like. When it's freezing and the blanket is your barrier between you and the known universe, imagining the sun existing in any way shape or form feels utterly ludicrous. What a weird world.
The wonderful thing I woke up to this morning is: My family playing the same 2 songs over and over and over on their bluetooth speaker. For half an hour straight. I wish they'd learn about this wonderful invention called headphones. I'm just as guilty as them when it comes to playing the same song on repeat 50 times over, but at least I uh, like, use headphones when doing that so I don't drive people mad
I had some fun with the Google AI voices... @Kaliah
