Like, it annoys me that so far, basically everyone in the world of Roll Over and Die is an arsehole

And with how she's treated everywhere and the premise... reminds me of revenge exploitation movies like I Spit on Your Grave

On the other hand... with the handholding between the two MCs, that signals a #yuri romance

From the cover image, I thought that might be yuri-ish too. But no, that's actually a young boy (but not her love interest)

And the show itself is painfully straight

The animation is rather...rudimentary. And there's alpha blending artifacts around the witch in the OP

It's also a short one, 8 episodes a 4 minutes

It *is* based on a manga, and from a few reviews I read, the anime seems to speedrun the plot to get to the juicy scenes, leaving behind the humor and charme of the original story. I haven't read the manga, so I can't say, but that does sound unfortunate
