@EricAlper Such a building wouldn't be "up to code" here in the SFBay area. Walls aren't thick enough nor reinforced. Who would build such a structure in earthquake country where insurance for such buildings have a $100K deductible?

However, this does remind me when Nana did the same thing to the standing freezer in the garage.
