I want to become an accountant, but it seems like I have to do more.

So what is your question?
Right, so does it really matter?

No. It is just one of many ways to divide people.

Looking down on people for doing what they have to in order to make a living is narrow-minded and rather ignorant, if not outright stupid, because it only takes one bad day to take the comfortable dressings of your life and strip them all away. With only one bad day, you could be worse off than whoever it is you look most severely down your nose at.

You are made of the same things as beggars, as fry-cooks, as billionaires, and as rats alike. Prestige rots just like everything else, and trying to disprove or outrun this basic law of reality is the domain of the insecure and the foolish. Do not allow yourself to be an insecure fool, if it can be helped.

Respect what it is that you really are and seek yourself in others. That is what matters.

Go back to Reddit. Maybe they’ll pay more attention to your pointless drivel.
