@mooseandriosmom @noodlemaz I NEVER understood this thinking at the management level, especially at companies with like > 100 people in the same physical location.
By forcing you to come in and be productive they're guaranteeing lost productivity in multiple teams (especially the one they so desperately needed you to be productive in)
Like even if you deny covid this strategy makes NO sense.
