Good news: Ç works in my Cinnamon Wayland session now.
Bad news: For some reason Wallpaper crashes, and I tried to fix it, and nothing works, so if anyone knows how to solve this, please reply.

Edit: oddly installing mint-artwork fixes this bug LOL

Acabei de largar wayland quando Bluetooth começou a bugar, eu sinto falta do meu cinnamon </3 prefiro ficar no xorg
