What is being legitimate depends on the eyes which looks.
And regardless of that, it is still not a valid reason for any country to attack another country. Domestic issues should be resolved domestically.
Attacking Venezuela is at the core the same reason why USA attacked Irak: Oil ... Whatever USA claims is just a defection to try to hide their real motives.
