High end security teams. The second society actually collapses, they will kill the billionaires they are being paid to protect and they will live in these bunkers with their families.

Funny you should mention that. Apparently the rich people making these had some sort of workshop on how to maintain the loyalty of their security guards/private armies when money is worthless. I wonder if I could find the article again or how well researched it was. It would definitely be a concern though for them.

@reallyflygreg @csstrowbridge what I think is actually going to happen here is the bitcoin junkie trying to sell condos (after previously trying to do an escape room and laser tag in this space) is going to run out of money, and the condos won't sell.
