I’ve worked in disease prevention for quite a long time and I’ve landed on the following as having the greatest benefits to overall health:
Exercise
Vaccines
Dietary variety/portion size
Sufficient sleep
No smoking
Barrels of cash

Maybe I'm biased, but personally I think that has a lovely ring to it.
