Today, a third Daihatsu, the Sirion. Unlike the Copen and the Terios, which were micro versions of a sports car and an SUV respectively, the Sirion was a fairly mainstream supermini. A few days ago, I mentioned that the strong Yen in the early 2010s made UK imports of the Nissan Cube difficult, a factor that also did for official Daihatsu exports to Britain which ended in 2013. I saw this Sirion while out walking recently. More on the Sirion tomorrow.
