It looks like they were having issues with the DEA and they didn’t pay Leah Clough because of that & because they claim she owed them for loans to her husband (back when it was PainCare) for legal fees when he got in trouble for colluding with Insys re fentanyl kickbacks.

Seems the other doctors all quit on the same day so he probably wasn’t paying anyone and this was his dumb excuse for not paying her
More wage theft but this one is gross. This woman claims she is owed commission for bringing in patients.
It says she quit because they failed to maintain malpractice insurance. Yikes.
