It lives… I think. But is now horrifically sticky
Does anyone at #39c3 have any isopropyl alcohol I could use to clean my now lemonade-infused laptop?

Apicultor 🐝@alexhaydock Try warm water first, to dissolve the sugar. Literally run it under the tap. Then shake as much out as possible, and chase with IPA (not the beer lol).
Did it get past the input cover and onto the motherboard?
@apicultor Thanks! Thankfully the keyboard managed to take all of it and the mainboard is completely dry.
Surprisingly the keyboard is actually still working too.
@alexhaydock Then, yeah, input cover under the tap or showerhead, warm water not too hot, shake as much out as possible without flexing it, then liberally chase with IPA to remove the water, shake out, let dry.
