@nixCraft Salesforce marketing their pivot from LLM AI shit to using standard automation as ""deterministic triggers" will likely continue the fleecing of customers with no repercussions. This will probably be the 2026 trend for any "serious" business associated with AI. I'm livid at the thought.

I work for a F500 company and we just migrated off SalesForce(not because of AI issues)

It's clear LLMs can help customer support especially if they're English as Second language, but certainly not replace

" Regardless of the quality and provenance of data, AI will hallucinate. That's how they work. They hallucinate EVERYTHING but some of the time, it sounds kosher. When it spouts garbage, we say it hallucinates. Fundamental falsehoods underpin AI technology, mainly that it can ever be accurate 100% of the time.
