Good thing it's Boxing Day. Got a new tank on order. Yay!
Won't arrive until the 29th... so cold showers for everyone!
The search for hot water continues.

Good news!
Thanks to some wonderful assistance from our stalwart handyman and his nephew, we were able to get the faulty tank returned, replaced, and readied before the year ended.
Will be in the shower for a bit of catching up with cleanliness
