@saraislet I think a big step in avoiding crises is to isolate if possible, and if it is not, patch first and deal with the fallout later.

Dealing with a broken system is much less effort than dealing with a compromised one.

@alwayscurious strongly agree, but manufactured "crises" in which workplaces demand employees work weekends for everyday feature investments are an entirely different problem that should not ever exist

I've heard of *multiple* circumstances like this across the tech industry while interviewing candidates in the last few months
