Uh, so what I'm hearing is: countries that want to foil the US Navy simply need to build a ton of offshore wind farms?

@mattdm The dumbest thing about this is that if it was really a problem, you could just put a radar after the wind farm and catch anything before it gets to the "clutter"
And since this is malicious against wind energy, they have to pretend that there's just no possible way to get get around this. But hey, knowing this administration, they might actually just be that stupid
