Forscan as software for ford, mazda, etc?

WTF can imagine their cli/gui displaying errors from underneath curl… Yet cannot get how curl license/contact can be first thing rookies are able to access before theirs ??? !!!

I have no any FORScan product but have a question about it (last link ;)
