The TFI Anseo pilot in #Killarney, #Ireland, has carried over 20,000 passengers in its first four months, with a record 2,023 passengers in a single week in December, highlighting growing demand for flexible, sustainable transport. Launched on 11 August 2025 by the National #Transport Authority in partnership with TFI Local Link Kerry, the service now operates from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week, after hours were extended to meet demand. Passengers book rides on demand via the TFI Anseo app, providing convenient travel across Killarney. Funded by the Government’s Climate Action Fund, the pilot forms part of the NTA’s Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan. Officials said the uptake reflects community support for reliable, accessible, and sustainable transport.
